Single piece dimensions must not exceed 40×60×100 cm. There is no limit on the number of checked pieces as long as total weight and per-piece limits are respected.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my baggage purchase or my booking changes?
Yes. Unused baggage allowance purchased online can be refunded via the APP or mini-program (Services > Product Refund) up to 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours or after the flight, contact customer service. Baggage allowance can also be refunded or changed together with the corresponding flight ticket (no service fee). Once used (even partially), it is non-refundable. Prepaid baggage is valid only for the specific flight purchased.
What are the overweight or oversized baggage rules?
