Online purchase: up to 50 kg for domestic (incl. HK/Macau/Taiwan) routes and up to 40 kg for international routes. Single piece must not exceed 50 kg (domestic) or 32 kg (international). Single piece dimensions must not exceed 40×60×100 cm. There is no limit on the number of checked pieces as long as total weight and per-piece limits are respected.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my baggage purchase or my booking changes?

Yes. Unused baggage allowance purchased online can be refunded via the APP or mini-program (Services > Product Refund) up to 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours or after the flight, contact customer service. Baggage allowance can also be refunded or changed together with the corresponding flight ticket (no service fee). Once used (even partially), it is non-refundable. Prepaid baggage is valid only for the specific flight purchased.

Overweight/oversized items exceeding 40×60×100 cm or the weight limit will be charged at the airport counter (5 kg interval pricing). Checked baggage exceeding 32 kg (international) or 50 kg (domestic) per piece cannot be accepted as checked baggage. Precision instruments, electronics, and musical instruments must be shipped as cargo unless properly packed and included in the prepaid baggage allowance.
