Steps

  1. Go to https://www.hainanairlines.com and click on 'Manage My Bookings' or access the prepaid baggage page directly at https://new.hnair.com/hainanair/ibe/common/allchannelBaggage.do
  2. For bookings made on hainanairlines.com, log in as a member or select 'Non-member' and enter your last name and booking reference (6-character code) or e-ticket number
  3. For bookings not made on hainanairlines.com, enter passenger name, document number/ticket number, flight number, and flight date
  4. Complete the CAPTCHA verification
  5. Select the desired baggage option (domestic: 5-35KG; international: 1-5 pieces)
  6. Complete payment with credit card or Fortune Wings Club miles (domestic flights only)
  7. Download Hainan Airlines APP to apply for e-invoice within 1 month after travel
