Steps

  1. Go to https://www.starlux-airlines.com and click on 'Manage My Trip' in the navigation menu.
  2. Log in using one of the following methods:
  3. - Enter booking reference and last name, or
  4. - Login with your COSMILE member account.
  5. Select your booking from the list.
  6. Choose 'Prepaid Additional Baggage' option.
  7. Select the number of additional bags and complete payment.
  8. Alternatively, use the STARLUX mobile app (iOS/Android) to manage booking and add bags.
  9. Pre-paid purchase available until at least 3 hours before scheduled departure.
  10. Airport purchase is also available at check-in counter (higher rates apply).
