Steps

  1. Go to https://www.evaair.com and navigate to 'Manage Your Trip' > 'Prepaid Excess Baggage'.
  2. Enter your booking information:
  3. - Record locator (6-character code) and passenger name, or
  4. - EVA Infinity MileageLands member login.
  5. Select your booking from the list.
  6. Choose the number of additional bags (maximum 5 pieces per passenger).
  7. Complete payment with credit card (cardholder must be one of the traveling passengers).
  8. Receive confirmation email with prepaid baggage details.
  9. Alternatively, purchase at airport check-in counter (no discount available).
