Steps
- Go to smartwings.com and open 'My Bookings' (or the 'Book additional baggage' page directly under Booking and Check-in).
- Enter the passenger's surname and the booking code or ticket number, then click 'Search'.
- In your reservation, open 'Book additional baggage' and choose either to increase the checked baggage weight (overweight up to 32 kg) or to add an extra checked piece.
- Complete payment online.
- Confirm the payment — the purchased extra baggage is then attached to your reservation.
