Checked: 158 cm max per piece, with the allowance shown on the ticket — weight concept (e.g., 30–46 kg) or piece concept (e.g., 1–2 pieces) depending on route and class. Advance purchase: minimum 5 kg, in multiples of 5 kg, with a route-wise maximum.

Golf equipment beyond the FBA is charged 6 kg EBT for up to 15 kg excess (weight concept) or 50% of the unit charge (piece concept). Boxes/suitcases of 162–225 cm linear dimension: 4 kg EBT. Out-of-gauge televisions carry a 4–12 kg chargeable weight. Baggage exceeding prescribed size or weight may be refused or repacked at check-in.

Yes. In case of voluntary or involuntary reissuance of the ticket, refund of the advance-purchase baggage fees is allowed without any additional charges.

Except on USA/Canada-bound flights, an extra piece carried within the Free Baggage Allowance requires a 4 kg EBT. Live animals are carried in the hold only, are not covered by the FBA, and are charged normal excess baggage rates at check-in.
