Steps
- Go to luxair.lu and open 'My Booking' from the top menu, or log in to your Luxair account.
- Enter your booking reference / number (and surname if prompted) to retrieve your reservation, or log in to see and manage your bookings.
- Select the additional baggage / extra service you need — extra bags, special equipment (sports gear, musical instruments, weapons) or pet transport; these can also be booked when booking a new flight online, via your travel agency, or through the Luxair Customer Service Centre at +352 24561.
- Complete payment; Luxair recommends booking extra baggage and other services before your trip, and the charge is confirmed with your booking / e-confirmation.
