Excess baggage for flights departing from Cairo and worldwide to Africa are available exclusively at airport check-in counter, subject to availability and operational conditions. Arrive at least 90 minutes before normal check-in time if possessing excess baggage.

Overweight: 23-32kg charged extra. Oversize: 158-203cm total dimensions charged extra. If both overweight AND oversize, charged double the overweight or oversize price. Bags over 32kg must be repacked or shipped as cargo.

Can I get a refund if I cancel or change my booking?

Change fees: Permitted. Refund fees: 50%. No-show: Permitted for reissue. Excess baggage is subject to space availability.

Do partner-operated or codeshare flights have different baggage rules?

Yes. If your booking includes codeshare flights, your baggage allowance may differ from EGYPTAIR allowances. For codeshare flights on UNITED AIRLINES, different baggage policies apply.
