Prepaid baggage is non-refundable if you do not bring the bags on the flight. In case of voluntary changes or causes not attributable to Copa Airlines, the service may be transferred to other routes on the same reservation; otherwise the amount is non-refundable. Refunds are available only for causes attributable to the airline.

Are there any important exceptions or restrictions I should know?
