Steps

  1. Go to https://www.austrian.com and click on 'My bookings' in the navigation menu.
  2. Log in using one of the following methods:
  3. - Enter booking reference/code and passenger name, or
  4. - Login with your Miles & More account or Travel ID credentials.
  5. Select your booking from the list.
  6. Choose 'Add baggage' or 'Additional baggage' option.
  7. Select the number of additional bags and complete payment.
  8. Alternatively, use the Austrian mobile app (iOS/Android) to manage booking and add bags.
  9. Alternatively, call the Austrian service desk at +43 51766 1000 to add baggage.
  10. Airport purchase is also available at the Austrian service counter (higher rates apply).
