  2. Open the Manage my booking tab and retrieve your reservation with your booking reference.
  3. Review your booking details for additional-service options and confirm the excess-baggage charge applicable to your route.
  4. Complete any online booking or payment at least 6 hours before travel and wait for the e-ticket confirmation email (contact [email protected] if it does not arrive within 6 hours).
  5. If excess baggage cannot be added to your booking online, pay the excess-baggage charge at the airport check-in counter and keep the receipt.
