Steps

  1. Go to https://www.virginatlantic.com and click on 'My booking' in the navigation menu.
  2. Select 'Manage flight booking' to access your booking.
  3. Log in using one of the following methods:
  4. - Enter booking reference (6-character code) and last name, or
  5. - Login with your Virgin Atlantic account credentials.
  6. Select your booking from the list.
  7. Choose to add extra baggage during online check-in or manage your booking.
  8. Select the number of additional bags and complete payment.
  9. Alternatively, use the Virgin Atlantic mobile app (iOS/Android) to manage booking and add bags.
  10. Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 70 minutes before.
  11. Airport purchase is also available at check-in counter (same pricing as online).
