Overweight (23-32 kg): 1,100 JPY. Overweight (32-45 kg): 5,500 JPY. Oversized (158-292 cm): 5,500 JPY. Fees are uniform across all domestic routes.

There is no explicit limit on extra pieces, but each piece must be within 158 cm total dimensions and 23 kg. Items exceeding 292 cm total dimensions or 45 kg individual weight cannot be accepted. For items between 203-292 cm or 32-45 kg, contact SF CALL CENTER in advance.

Overweight 23-32 kg: 1,100 JPY. Overweight 32-45 kg: 5,500 JPY. Oversized 158-292 cm: 5,500 JPY. These fees are per piece and cumulative with excess piece charges. Items exceeding 45 kg or 292 cm cannot be checked. Items exceeding 203 cm or 32 kg require prior contact with SF CALL CENTER.

Star Link VEGA/ALTAIR members receive +1 free checked bag (up to 3 pieces total). Package tour/group fare passengers are limited to 1 free piece. The baggage container service ended on January 31, 2026 — passengers must package their own luggage adequately. A new reservation/boarding system was introduced from May 19, 2026, which may affect some procedures.
