Steps
- Add checked baggage during the initial flight booking process on the SKY website or app.
- If you already have a booking, log in to 'My Trips' (Mis Viajes) at mmb.skyairline.com or via the SKY app, and add baggage up to 48 hours before departure.
- If you are within 48 hours of departure, contact SKY via the Chat SKY service (available 08:00–23:00) to add baggage.
- As a last resort, you can purchase checked baggage at the airport check-in counter.
- After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your updated itinerary including the added baggage.
