Where do I buy extra baggage?

How does the airline calculate extra baggage charges?

Excess fees are charged per piece based on weight and size combinations (23 kg or 32 kg; up to 158 cm or 215 cm total dimensions). Domestic routes are priced in Kazakhstani tenge and international routes in US dollars, with higher separate tables for the Istanbul route group and Seoul.

How many extra bags can I buy, and what are the bag limits?

Standard checked baggage may weigh up to 32 kg and measure up to 215 cm total dimensions; cabin baggage is limited to 12 kg total and 55 × 40 × 25 cm. Infants under 2 years old without a paid seat receive no checked baggage allowance.

What are the overweight or oversized baggage rules?

Baggage over 32 kg (up to 50 kg) and baggage over 215 cm total dimensions are only carried when confirmed on request. Heavy and large pieces are charged using the 32 kg / 215 cm excess rows of the price table.

Are there any important exceptions or restrictions I should know?

The standard excess table does not apply to flights to/from Istanbul, which use higher dedicated rates. Sports equipment needs prior airline approval and is charged at excess rates; own wheelchairs travel free except on Istanbul flights ($29).
