Steps

  1. Go to https://www.qantas.com and click on 'Manage booking' in the navigation menu.
  2. Log in using one of the following methods:
  3. - Enter booking reference (6-character code) and last name, or
  4. - Login with Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
  5. Select your booking from the list.
  6. Choose 'Add baggage' or 'Purchase additional baggage' option.
  7. Select the number of additional bags and complete payment.
  8. Payment options: Qantas Points or credit/debit card.
  9. Alternatively, use the Qantas App: navigate to 'My bookings', select your booking, and add baggage.
  10. Pre-purchase available up to 3 hours before scheduled departure.
  11. Airport purchase also available at check-in counter (higher rates apply).
