FAQ

Can I buy extra baggage online after booking?

Yes. The airline's FAQ states you can make special service requests including pre-paid excess baggage through Manage my booking on the homepage.

Where do I buy extra baggage?

Use Manage my booking on the flypassionair.com homepage: retrieve your itinerary with your booking reference (PNR) and surname, then add pre-paid excess baggage as a special service request. Otherwise pay the per-kg excess charge at airport check-in.

How does the airline calculate extra baggage charges?

Excess baggage is charged per kilogram on any weight above the free allowance, and the per-kg rate depends on the route: GHS 12/kg for Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale routes, and GHS 20/kg for Sunyani and Wa routes.

How many extra bags can I buy, and what are the bag limits?

Each passenger may check up to 5 bags in total. No single bag may exceed 32 kg, and each checked bag must fit within 250 cm x 79 cm x 112 cm with a maximum circumference of 300 cm. Additional restrictions may apply depending on aircraft capacity.

What are the overweight or oversized baggage rules?

Any single bag heavier than 32 kg is not accepted; you must reduce the weight or split the contents into multiple bags. Oversized cabin bags that are within the allowed weight are accepted as hold (check-in) luggage at a charge.
