Piece-based; free allowance depends on fare family and route (long-haul vs short/medium haul). Each piece max 23 kg and max 158 cm total dimensions (H+W+D); up to 32 kg on payment of excess fee, bags over 32 kg not accepted. Max 9 bags total including free allowance.

Enter your booking code and passenger's surname to access your booking
Select 'Customise your flight' from the left-hand menu
Click 'Add extra baggage' option
Choose the weight option (15kg, 23kg, or 32kg) for each passenger and flight
Click 'Accept' to complete the purchase
