- Go to condor.com and click "My booking" in the top navigation.
- Log in with your booking number or check-in reference, the date of your outbound flight, and the passenger surname.
- Open the "Extras" / additional services section of your booking and select the baggage allowance package option.
- Choose a +5 kg, +10 kg, +15 kg or +20 kg package, or for flights in Zone 5 (USA/Canada/Puerto Rico) select an additional baggage piece up to 23 kg.
- Complete payment online and keep the confirmation email — your itinerary and baggage allowance are updated immediately.

Weight packages (+5/+10/+15/+20 kg) are sold per flight (one-way) for Zones 1-4, 6 and 7; Zone 5 (USA, Canada, Puerto Rico) is piece-based, with each additional bag up to 23 kg. Booking online via My Booking saves up to 50% compared with airport rates; packages can be booked up to 8 hours before departure. Flight zones: Zone 1 = Germany domestic, France, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Portugal (Faro), Switzerland, Spain (excl. Canary Islands), Czech Republic; Zone 2 = Egypt, Greece, Morocco, Madeira, Canary Islands, Turkey, Cyprus; Zone 3 = Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, China, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Kenya, Mexico, Panama, Tanzania, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago; Zone 4 = Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa; Zone 5 = USA, Canada; Zone 6 = Armenia, Lebanon; Zone 7 = United Arab Emirates. Listed sports equipment (diving gear, golf, paraglider, firearms, fishing, skis, hockey, bicycle, boards, canoe/kayak, hang glider) is subject to mandatory registration up to 8 hours before departure and is priced per zone; Zone 6 follows Zone 2 prices and Zone 7 follows Zone 3 prices. Business Class passengers get one sports equipment item free (registration via Service Center or travel agency).

What are the baggage limits?
Each checked bag may not exceed 32 kg, and outer dimensions may not exceed 158 cm (length + width + height). Zone 5 extra pieces are limited to 23 kg each. Carry-on: 55 x 40 x 23 cm, max 8 kg (10 kg per single piece when a second bag is booked).
What are the overweight or oversized baggage rules?
Overweight and oversized charges are payable at the airport only, not online: €15/kg (Zones 1/2/6) or €20/kg (Zones 3/4/7) beyond the free allowance, plus €100-€300 size surcharges for bags over 158 cm depending on zone. Excess baggage over 20 kg must be registered in advance via Special Reservations.
Do partner-operated flights have different baggage rules?
Additional regulations may apply when feeder or connecting flights are operated by airlines other than Condor. On partner flights operated by Helvetic Airways or German Airways, sports equipment is limited to 30 kg with smaller maximum dimensions.

Are there any important exceptions or restrictions?
