Steps

  1. Go to https://www.aircanada.com and click on 'Trips' in the navigation menu.
  2. Enter your booking reference or ticket number and passenger last name.
  3. Click 'Search' to retrieve your booking.
  4. Select your booking from the list.
  5. Choose 'Add baggage' or 'Additional baggage' option.
  6. Select the number of additional bags and complete payment.
  7. Alternatively, use the Air Canada + Aeroplan mobile app (iOS/Android) to manage booking and add bags.
  8. Airport purchase is also available at check-in counter (higher rates may apply).
